Thanks to its location, Casa California is the perfect solution for a holiday on Elba: a comfortable, well-furnished duplex apartment, close to the sea, the historic center of Portoferraio and all services.
THE SPACE
Four-room apartment on the 1°floor. It has an independent entrance and it is structured on two levels.
First level with living room, sofa and TV, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, with bathtub and with shower in one of the double bedrooms.
Second level. Fully equipped kitchen with large dining table. Terrace with patio, table, deck chair, umbrella.
