Outside, you can enjoy the large private terrace and its dining area sheltered under a pergola, its deckchairs or its private garden overlooking the maquis, all offering like the rooms a small sea view.

The swimming pool of the large residence (12mx7m), heated and secured by a barrier, surrounded by deckchairs and parasols, will be shared in peace with the occupants of the other mini-villas of the estate.

A private parking space is at your disposal.

The most beautiful beaches of South Corsica are only a few steps from the estate: Palombaggia and Carataggio (within walking distance), Tamaricciu, Santa Giulia, ... Porto-Vecchio is about ten minutes away by car.
