  • Ideally located, 5 minutes walk from the marina and 10 from the historic city center, it is a beautiful granite house in a large garden with swimming pool. The house is spacious, it is on two floors, the place is quiet. It has been completely restored and redecorated to current trends. Your teens will be able to move independently. You are halfway between the beaches of the North and those of the South. You can do your shopping on foot (near the small casino, the best bakery in town). Everyone will find their corner both inside and outside. You can find yourself in the shade on the large terrace around a superb table. 3000 m2 in the city ... sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 2 extra beds in the ground floor lounge
