    A few minutes from the sea, suitable for adults and children. The garden with furniture and umbrella, tree-lined, silent. Emplacement idéal

Globalement notre séjour a été très agréable. Nous avons apprécié la réactivité du gérant concernant le remplacement de la climatisation, la belle plage Saint Giulia à quelques mètres , la terrasse sans vis à vis et le terrain de tennis. Nous sommes plus mitigés concernant l’équipement un peu « cheap » et sans aucune harmonie de la maison qui mériterait un désencombrement, et une salle de bain rénovée. Nous pouvons noter également quelques nuisances sonores la nuit ( bars à proximité)

Emplacement idéal, à quelques pas de la magnifique plage de Santa Guilia. Donne directement sur la plage. Le jardin privatif, très joli, calme, est formidable avec de l’intimité et de l’ombre, et une douche solaire très utile. Le logement est un peu vieillot, il pourrait être amélioré notamment la salle de bain. Une seule Clim pour tout le logement, c’est un peu juste. Stationnement privatif très appréciable. A recommander.

A 2 pas de la plage !

Petite maisonnette placée à 2 pas de la plage Santa Julia, encore paisible en avril. Une parfaite terrasse mi-ombre mi soleil à l'abri des regards. Quelques couvertures ont manqué pour les températures d'avril, nous avons mis en route le chauffage d'appoint.

Très bon accueil et maison très agréable. Une petite rénovation de la salle de bain et une meilleure connexion de la télévision seraient opportunes. Un problème de parking à régler également avec le voisin... Mais très bon séjour !

Très bien situé, prestation très correcte

Très belle résidence, très bien située, "les pieds dans l'eau", donnant sur la magnifique plage de santa Gullia. Le logement se trouve juste à côté du terrain de tennis ce qui est très pratique, il est confortable, très bien équipé même si la salle de bain est un peu petite et comprend aussi les toilettes. Inconvénient : ce n'est pas vraiment une villa mais un logement mitoyen avec d'autres et il y a donc une certaine promiscuité avec les voisins. La personne qui s'occupe du logement sur place, Jeanne Odone est très sympa et très efficace.

Résidence de standing, villa très bien conçue et équipée. Tennis en face. La plage à 2 minutes à pied ... parfait pour profiter sans bouger. La petite plage de Santa Giulia est sublime. A recommander et à revenir !

Nous sommes une famille avec trois enfants et avons séjourné en août 2013. Description de la maison et environnement tout à fait conforme. Vacances de rêves et au calme au cœur du hameau et de la splendide baie. Nous recommandons! Une climatisation est installée sur la mezzanine donc 2 enfants peuvent y dormir.

"La maison est très bien située à 100 m de la plage. Elle est bien agencée, par contre la mezzanine ne peut pas être utilisée pour dormir en été - beaucoup trop chaud et pas d''air. La résidence est tout à fait adaptée aux enfants, ils peuvent jouer sans danger. Le tennis à proximité est appréciable."

Nous avons beaucoup aprécier l''emplacement du hameau de Petragrione: la très belle plage de ste Guilia à proximité, sans avoir à prendre de véhicule; à proximité également des commerces (épicerie, pain, boucherie, journaux). La maison et ses équipements nous correspondaient bien. Bon acceuil."

"Le logement n''était pas propre à notre arrivée, nous avons du le nettoyer nous même, .La mezzanine est plutôt un vide grenier, le plafond est relativement bas , il n y a pas de fenêtre, ni d''air qui circule.Sinon, la location est idéalement située dans un cadre magnifique entouréE de végétation (gare aux moustiques!), et la mer est une véritable piscine où les enfants peuvent se baigner en toute sécurité.Malgré le désagrément de départ, je recommande vivement cette location, vous passerez d''agréables vacances."

"Séjour familial enchanteur dans cette jolie maison très bien située tout près d''une superbe plage .Nous avons vraiment profité de son immersion dans la nature , du calme et de son aménagement.La terrasse est très bien exposée et bien aménagée pour les siestes aux heures chaudes.
