Palombaggia villa*** renovated 2 pers. heated pool sea view

Villa of around 50m2 renovated in 2020, sea view and in the heart of a park of 1 hectare in the middle of the maquis, (calm assured), it is located 1.2km walk from the famous beach of palombaggia. The villa has all the comforts of home (rated 3 stars in April 2019), reversible air conditioning, a new quality fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, multi-function oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and a brand new bathroom with walk-in shower (2021). It also has a large bedroom with a 160/200 bed and plenty of storage space, a large living room with sofa, and a 30m2 terrace, shaded by its olive tree and pergola, with 6 integrated LED spotlights for your subdued evenings, its garden furniture and deckchairs... all overlooking a verdant garden, in the heart of the landscaped park at the back of the residence, (palm trees, pine trees, olive trees, lime trees and many more...), with a large shared heated swimming pool for the residence (12m x 7m), completely renovated in 2022, and a private parking space.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la Villa de Gwendoline et Georges. La Villa est fidèle à sa description et très bien équipée. Le Domaine est très calme. Très belle maison rénovée dans une résidence calme et arborée avec piscine commune. Jolie terrasse en bois abritée, avec transats et plancha électrique de qualité. Climatisation efficace. Literie très confortable. Proximité immédiate des plus belles plages de Corse. Je recommande vivement !

Traumkulisse mit toller Unterkunft

Die Palomaggia Villa von Georges befindet sich in einer halbkreisförmigen Anlage mit beheiztem Pool. Der Garten ist gepflegt, die Villa von Georges steht zur Häflte unter einem großen Olivenbaum. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist mit allen Maschinen und umfangreichem Geschirr bestückt. Alle Fenster haben ein Moskitogitter. Die Dusche ist sehr geräumig und ebenerdig begehbar. Das Anwesen befindet sich etwa 1 Kilometer vom feinsandigen Strand von Palombaggia entfernt. Es schließen sich noch 2 weitere Strände an. Die Strände haben kostenlose Parkplätze mit großen Bäumen. Bei Bedarf war Georges schnell zur Stelle oder erreichbar.

Presque comme à la maison!

Nous avons passé une semaine de repos excellente, le cadre est propice au repos avec un accès facile aux différentes plages aux alentours mais qui offre tout de même une piscine propre pour la résidence. L’appartement était parfaitement équipé et la terrasse en fin de journée un délice ! Soirées barbecue possible, mais aussi proche de Porto Vecchio et à une heure de Bonifacio. Les photos sont tout à fait représentatives du lieu et de l’appartement proposé. Le propriétaire et son équipe ont été disponible tout au long du séjour et extrêmement flexibles ! Encore merci...

Maison fonctionnelle et meublée avec goût, dans un environnement calme et fleuri,où l'intimité de chacun est préservée.(Piscine très agréable aussi, avec ses bains de soleil et ses paillotes). Idéalement située entre plages superbes et montagne pour les randonnées. Traumhafter Urlaub!

Absolut zu empfehlen! Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der 2. Mai Hälfte. Das Cottage war sehr sauber, schön und ideal eingerichtet. Gute Küche und Betten, schönes Bad. Sehr ruhig. 20 -25 Min. zu Fuß zu einer sehr schönen kleinen Bucht mit Sandstrand. 10 Min per Auto zum Beach Palombaggia. Von der Terrasse aus kann man eine zarten Streifen des Meeres sehen. Wir hatten uns etwas schwer getan, bei der Anreise die Anlage zu finden. Am besten Standort per Google Maps anfordern.

Une petite maison très mignonne, tout confort, entièrement rénovée... Machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, tout est neuf et extrêmement propre. Grande table en bois magnifique, canapé lit, canapé, télévision, chambre spacieuse, maison également très lumineuse et sans vis à vis. La terrasse est très jolie, équipée... bref TOUT Y EST. Précision et non des moindres, la litererie est neuve également et nous y avons très bien dormi, ce qui est rare dans une location. Grands placards partout. Salle de bain spatieuse. Propriétaire très sympathique. Si nous retournons en Corse ce sera là. Seul petit bémol... Eine gut ausgestattete Villa in reizvoller Lage

Die Villa ist gut durchdacht und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht. Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa sehr genossen, vor allem das morgendliche Schwimmen im Pool und die Abende auf der schön illuminierten Terasse.

Ruhiges und schönes Haus in Palombaggia

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, stilvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage. Strand von Palombaggia in ein paar Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Besitzer sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!
