  • In the countryside, on a 2,000 m² property, this ground-floor gîte is located in a semi-detached stone house with the owners' apartment upstairs. It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) - 1 bedroom with two single beds (80 x 190 cm) that can be joined together - Shower room - WC Pedestrian access via a 50 m walk and a few steps - Private enclosed garden of 100 m² - Shared swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth: 1.10 m to 2 m) open from April 4th to November 7th, heated from April 4th to June 30th and from September 1st to November 7th. Security system: alarm. Access to the swimming pool is permitted only to those named in the rental agreement. - Spa (120€/week) available from April 3rd to June 26th and from September 5th to November 7th (daily except Sundays) - Garden furniture - Gas barbecue - Parking - Air conditioning in the living room - Washing machine - Dryer - Dishwasher - Microwave - Oven - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi - Hair dryer - Reinforced charging point for electric vehicles available (50€/week, additional charge) A tastefully decorated cottage with a swimming pool
