Peut beaucoup mieux faire.

C'est un appartement au milieu du centre ville. Ça a l'avantage d'être dans les rues piétonnes directement, mais un très gros inconvénient, de ne pas pouvoir se garer... 1 semaine pour s'apercevoir que la place de stationnement prévue avec l'appartement était plutôt bien placée juste à 400 M de l'appartement, alors qu'a la remise des clefs on nous avait déconseillé de se garer dessus. Vue magnifique terrasse au top plaque vitrocéramique abîmé et de mauvaise qualité, 4ème étage sans ascenseur.

Super appartement très belle vue problème de parking nous avions réservé une place sur les deux

Et de place pour nous assez difficiles pour le stationnement j aurais aimé que l on ou aide pour le parking agréable la petite piscine sur la super terrasse avec la vue et appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé Merci à tous

Emplacement impossible d’accès, etage élevé avec escalier dangereux

Location très décevante, beaucoup d’éléments cassés ou souillés, accès impossible et très bruyant, aucune place de parking à proximité (celle liée à l’appartement est beaucoup trop éloignée) ... Très mauvaise appréciation générale. Prix de location beaucoup trop cher pour un tel bien.

Un appartement d’exception

Un superbe appartement (aussi bien à l’intérieur avec toutes les commodités, des espaces de vue spacieux et la déco soignée, que cette magnifique terrasse qui surplombe Porto Vecchio et donne une vue splendide sur la mer et les toits de la vieille ville) et un emplacement unique au cœur même de la ville, donnant directement sur les magasins et restaurants (double vitrage dans l’appart qui rend l’habitation très silencieux). Seuls petits inconvénients : l’odeur dans la salle de bain par moment (vieilles canalisation certainement) et pas de badge pour accéder en voiture au centre ville (le propriétaire n’avait pas encore fait la demande de badge à notre arrivée et on ne nous avait pas prévenu que des butés de stationnement se m’étaient en place dés 20h pour empêcher l’accès en ville). Un bon Acceuil par le concierge et l’agence de location. Très bon séjour! Nous reviendrons
