    The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, desk and television, a large living room with a high-end sofa bed with large TV, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, air conditioning. South-facing terrace on the first floor. The residence, which is only constructed from ground floor or 1st floor buildings, has a splendid private swimming pool.
    The residence is on the beach of Santa Giulia, one of the most beautiful beaches in South Corsica, 7 minutes from Porto-Vecchio and 20 minutes from Bonifacio. On the beach, you will find the restaurant, the beach bar, the restaurant of the Mobydick hotel, the restaurant of the Marina di Santa Giulia, you have the possibility of practicing cross-country skiing, windsurfing, sailing, catamaran , diving, renting a boat.

Tolle Unterkunft in Nähe vom Traumstrand

Die Übergabe der Wohnung war unkompliziert und lief reibungslos. Die Gastgeberin war sofort hilfsbereit, als wir feststellten, dass wir keine Handtücher mitgenommen hatten (sind bei der Anmietung nicht dabei) und hat uns ein Handtuchpaket von der Reinigungskraft an die Tür hängen lassen. Der Service war gegen Gebühr, aber in dem Moment die schnellste Abhilfe. Die Unterkunft hat eine Traumlage an der schönen Bucht Santa Giulia mit schönen Beachclubs- einfach zu empfehlen!

Emplacement de qualité et hôte discret mais a l’écoute

Très bel appartement dans résidence de standing avec un beau parc, accès en 2 minutes à la belle plage idéal par petit chemin Appartement propre et bien équipé, silencieux, bonne literie. Juste la douche un peu vieillissante. Je recommande le lieu l’appartement et le propriétaire.

Erg praktisch en dichtbij strand

Allereerst: we hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Aandachtspunten: Bij aankomst was er helaas nog vaat in de vaatwasser die nog niet schoongemaakt was. Het cement tussen de voegen van de douche is zwart gekleurd en kan beter schoongemaakt worden. De vaatwasser lijkt niet helemaal goed ingebouwd, waardoor het deurtje langs de onderste plint schuurt als je de vaatwasser dicht doet. Het koffieapparaat deed het helaas na de eerste keer koffiezetten niet meer. Sterke punten: Maar daar tegenover staat een heel mooi appartement met alle gemakken van dien, uitgebreide keukenfaciliteiten, heerlijke slaapbank en lekker koel met airco. En helemaal top was de communicatie met de gastvrouw. Ze reageerde zeer snel en als tegemoetkoming voor de aandachtspunten mochten we gratis een erg late checkout hebben! Heel klantvriendelijk! Al met al zeker een aanrader.

Appartement très bien placé à 5min. de la plage et du mini Market. Résidence calme et sans problème. Appartement très bien équipé (cafetières, plats, vaisselle,...) , mais à moderniser : joints de douche largement moisis, rideaux et sièges tachés, 2 grandes chaises de terrasse inutilisables, lampe de chevet pour lit superposé HS, étendoir rouillé, équipement TV obsolète. Malgré cela, la propriétaire nous a quand même facturé 50€ pour un plat huileux oublié dans le lave-vaisselle. C'est exagéré.

Ideal apartment for Santa Guilia

We have been to Santa Guilia a number of times but this was the first time we have stayed at this property. It’s well positioned for the beach and the pool area is great and very clean. The apartment itself was clean and tidy. It’s just about big enough for 2 adults and 2 children (1 of ours is a teenager) but had a decent sized balcony, great shutters for night time, and good air conditioning. It also has a good sized balcony and a washing machine which is a bonus.

Nous avons passé un séjour remarquable dans cet appartement: situation au top, proche de tout , plage à pieds en 5 mn!!! Nous pouvions emmener nos 2 paddles sans jamais les dégonfler! Très bonne semaine passée à la cala sultana

La location est très bien, située idéalement à deux pas de la plage et d'une supérette. La piscine de la résidence est immense et très agréable. Petit bémol pour la cuisine, avec une plaque de cuisson minimaliste pour 4, heureusement qu'il y a une une plancha électrique. Le reste de la location est très bien et très confortable, lits, canapé et salon de jardin en terrasse avec vue dégagée et magnifique. Merci pour ce beau séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Emplacement rêvé

La réservation s est fait très facilement avec la propriétaire, une communication précise et efficace avant et pendant le séjour. Appart haut standing pour découvrir la Corse

Nous avions hésité au niveau du prix mais nous sommes content d'avoir fait ce choix. Le sud de la corse est un des plus beaux endroits sur terre et l'appart est idéal pour le découvrir car à 20 min de Bonnifach', 30 min de Porto Vech' et à une foulée en tongs via un chemin privatif d'une des plus belles plage du monde: Santa Giulia . Arrivant de l'aéroport de Figari, il nous a à peine fallut une 1/2 heure pour poser nos valises. L'appartement est dans un endroit de haut standing qui permet d'éviter les foules en profitant d'un cadre élégant avec parking et piscine privatives. L'appart nous a paru au niveau de nos attentes pour l'espace, l'aménagement et les facilités (cuisine, TV, internet haut débit,...) avec une très bonne surprise pour la terrasse. Cela permet d'avoir le choix entre profiter de l'île de beauté ou de profiter dans ce cocon agréable. Nos conseils pour un séjour réussi: le matin plage de Santa Giulia avant tout le monde, des randonnées en forêt (Ospédale, Lecci) et montagne avec un picnic improvisé (en respectant la nature si belle), un apéro vielle ville, resto avec poisson du jour au port avec un dernier verre dans un endroit tendance puis retour à l'appart avec pourquoi pas un bain de minuit sur cette plage paradisiaque qui est à quelques pas…

Résidence très calme et très bien entretenue. Emplacement idéal, à quelques pas de la mer et de la piscine. On peut tout faire à pied, le restaurant de la plage propose d'excellents plats du jour, le personnel est très agréable. Le logement est fonctionnel, la terrasse très agréable avec son store solaire. La climatisation est la bienvenue car certaines nuits sont très chaudes. Nous avons passé un super séjour, nous reviendrons certainement au même endroit.
