ARENA CASA ZINZALA ESTATE

  • Very beautiful luxury villa, located 6 km from downtown Porto-Vecchio on the Arena estate. The Arena domain is a 40 hectare olive grove crossed by a shaded river. Villa entirely in granite stones with an area of 240 square meters air conditioned. It consists of 4 large bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, living and dining room with American kitchen. This house has a private swimming pool surrounded by an IPE wooden beach of approximately 100 m2. The terrace is equipped with: an outdoor lounge, table and chairs for the dining area and deckchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge freezer, plates, cutlery, glasses, complete cookware. The living room: sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, fireplace. the bedrooms: bathroom with WC, 160 bed, large dressing room, and flat screen TV in each bedroom. Linen: sheets and towels are provided. A room serving as a storage room with ironing board, steam iron, and washing machine.
