The house is only about 235m away from a sandy beach. It is situated on a big garden , about 6300qm.

800 qm of this garden are for the holidays house. the garden is quite sunny. Outside on the terrasse is a table for 6 persons.
2 sleeping rooms with double bed, 1 sleeping rooms with 2 single beds in the living room there is a TV and the stereo.
the center of Porto Vecchio is only in a distance of about 3 km and the first supermarkets are in a distance of about 900m.
Down on the beach is a sailing school where you rent material or really learn .
In winter time you can use the furnace in the living rooms. in all other rooms there is a heating.normaly even in November and december you can eat outside


beach: you can reach the beach by a little way without cars only for pedestrians.
out of the main saison there are nearly no persons on the beach and the water is really clear. You can see fishes...
After this beach you have some ather little beaches , that you can reach by feet.
Depending of the sea, you can go there on the beach or in the water.

Beautiful place to be

an idyllic holiday home with a large fenced property, ideal with dogs or small children. The house is very nice and clean. The landlord speaks fluent German and took a lot of time to give tips for the stay. Super friendly.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

Mit allem rundum zufrieden! Durch den schönen Garten absolute Privatsphäre und ausreichend Schatten. Fußläufig zum Strand (nicht der schönste aber immerhin) und mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger Minuten an beliebten Ausflugszielen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Super séjour

Super séjour pour découvrir Porto Vecchio et ses environs avec nos deux enfants de 12 et 9 ans, la maison est bien placée, au calme, dans un havre de paix et c’est agréable, avec la piscine qui est un véritable atout avec deux jeunes enfants. Le propriétaire est là pour nous accueillir et tres gentil, l’échange s’est très bien passé.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Wir waren zu sechst im Ferienhaus von Familie Castelli zu Besuch, zwei Paare und unsere erwachsenen Töchter sowie unser Hund. Der Platz war mehr als ausreichend. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben die tolle Lounge, die Gartenanlage und den beheizten Pool sehr genossen. Auch an den wenigen Regentagen kam Dank des gemütlichen Wohnzimmers und dem gut sortierten Bücherregal in deutscher Sprache keine Langeweile auf. Familie Castelli war immer ansprechbar, ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung für uns als ausgesprochene Korsikafans, die aber leider kein korsisch oder französisch sprechen, klappte hervorragend, da die Familie sehr gut deutsch spricht. Das fing schon bei der Anreise an und setzte sich über Ausflugstipps, die wir bekommen haben und Hilfestellung bei Problemen fort. Wir wurden während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr gut betreut. Der Weg zur kleinen Bucht war für die täglichen Gassigänge mit unserem Hund ideal und innerhalb kürzester Zeit haben wir mit dem Auto tolle Spazier- und Wanderwege erreicht. Auch die schönsten Strände Korsikas konnten wir in kurzer Zeit erreichen und hatten sie um diese Jahreszeit (Mitte bis Ende Mai) fast für uns alleine. Es war unser erster Korsikaurlaub im Mai. Vom Duft der Macchia in dieser Zeit hatten wir viel gelesen, aber nicht erwartet, dass es so intensiv duftet. Wir denken gerne an diesen tollen Aufenthalt zurück und werden gerne nochmal wieder kommen.

Haus im Paradies mit herzlichem Empfang, absolut zu empfehlen .

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub im Casa -Litarriccia verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet , sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies, traumhaft angelegt, mit großer Terrasse und privatem beheiztem Pool. Sogar die Zitronen konnten wir im Garten ernten . Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt und die Verständigung mit den Eigentümern war Dank der Zweisprachigkeit und der Herzlichkeit der Eigentümer ganz einfach und wir haben eine Menge Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants direkt bei der Anreise erhalten. Auch die Abreise war herzlich, wir wären so gerne noch geblieben. Aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Ach ja, und die Betten sind superbequem!

Schöne Unterkunft mit Abstrichen.

Was sehr schön war, war der Außenbereich des Objektes, das Holzdeck, der Pool (gestört hat jedoch die laute Pumpe des Pools) die Terrasse. Innen war das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man vor allem an der Küche merkte, aber es hat alles funktioniert. Schlafen konnte man auch gut, es war sehr still und die Betten bequem. Ein Strand war fußläufig erreichbar, doch der ist wenig einladend. Lt. Aussage des Vermieters ist ein Strand 4 Buchten weiter auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Verschwiegen hat er dabei, dass man durchs Wasser gehen und über Felsen und Mauern klettern muss. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter gestaltete sich sowieso etwas schwierig. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Es wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder ob wir was bräuchten. Wir hatten zB Handtücher "gemietet" für 14 Euro pro Person. Das war 1 Waschlappen, ein kleines Handtuch und ein Badehandtuch für jeden. Auf unsere Nachfrage, ob wir ein weiteres Badehandtuch haben könnten, für Pool bzw Strand, sagten sie das ginge nicht, sie haben selber keine. Auch das Auschecken war eigenartig. Wir wurden im Vorfeld mit einer Liste an der Wand schon darauf hingewiesen, was wir alles zu erledigen haben bevor wir abreisen (z.B. allen Müll entsorgen, Staubsaugen, Geschirr spülen ....), obwohl wir ja eine Endreinigung bezahlt hatten. Herr Castelli, ging eine Viertelstunde durch das Haus und hat alles ganz genau in Augenschein genommen. Den Fernseher eingeschaltet, wahrscheinlich um zu sehen ob er noch funktioniert, jeden Liegestuhl, jeden Terassenstuhl, jedes Kissen umgedreht, alles Geschirr nachgezählt usw. Wir warteten eine Viertelstunde, wie Schulkinder bis er mit seiner Inspektion fertig war. Ich kann die ganzen positiven Kommentare bzgl der Kommunikation nicht nachvollziehen, doch vielleicht haben die Besitzer inzwischen die Nase voll von uns Touris, so wirkte es zumindest auf uns.

Superbe maison

Super séjour dans une maison ou rien ne manque. L'extérieur avec la piscine est superbe et calme L'emplacement est idéal à 5 minutes du centre ville et des commerces. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignable et disponible

DÉPAYSEMENT ET CALME

Malgré une arrivée perturbée par Ryanair (atterrissage à Ajaccio au lieu de Figari) les échanges avec les propriétaires très réactifs par mail ou SMS ont permis après notre réorganisation une arrivée plus tardive à la location. La villa et ses extérieurs étaient conformes à nos attentes. La météo nous à permis de profiter pleinement de la piscine... à toutes heures puisque chauffée ! La proximité de bonifacio, de la forêt de l'ospedale, du col de Bavella, de porto vecchio, et de la mer (entre autre) font de cette location un lieu idéal pour y séjourner en famille ou entre amis. Le poêle dans le séjour était bien agréable pour les soirées d'avril un peu fraîches. Seul point négatif : notre séjour d'une semaine était vraiment trop court !! Merci encore aux époux Castelli pour leur accueil. Isabelle

Entspannter Herbsturlaub

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) hatten im Oktober 2019 sehr schöne 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Die Kinder hatten großen Spaß in dem neuen (2019) Pool. Die Terrasse ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und hat trotz umliegender hoher Bäume von morgens bis späten Nachmittag Sonnenschein im Pool und auf der Terrasse. Das Objekt selbst liegt ca. 800 Meter außerhalb von Porto-Vecchio in einem Gebiet von aneinander gereihten Campingplätzen auf einem schön eingewachsenem und mit viel Natur drumherum gelegenem Grundstück. Da die Campingplätze im Oktober kaum gebucht waren, hatten wir es sehr ruhig und entspannt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10 Minuten Fußweg ein kleiner Supermarkt oder mit dem PKW in ca. 8 Minuten ein großer Geant. Das Zentrum von Porto-Vecchio war in ca. 10-12 Minuten mit dem PKW erreichbar. Aufgrund der Randlage zu Porto-Vecchio ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen! Im Haus selbst fehlte es an nichts, sehr geräumig und gepflegt! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war immer schnell und angenehm. Kleine Problemchen oder Rückfragen wurden freundlich, unbürokratisch und zügig gelöst. Fazit: Wer in einem schönen und geräumigen Haus auf einem gepflegtem „Naturgrundstück“ mit toller Avifauna Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Privatpool ist sehr schön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Einzig die Mücken waren noch aktiv und ab und an lästige Begleiter.

Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit schönem Garten und Pool. Das Haus bietet viel Privatsphäre, ist mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt und mit mehr. Die zweisprachigen Gastgeber sind außerordentlich nett und sehr tierlieb, was bei einem Haus dieser Qualität nicht die Regel ist. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Nice House and Pool. Owners are nice. Surrounded by noisy camper, bad ant problem, far out of town

House and pool really nice as was owners. But garden had real ant problem, with soft ground infested in nests so could not use without getting bitten. Owners tried to sort but little impact, needed professional help. Surrounding area is noisy campsites and property a little far out of town with no pavements so had to drive everywhere. Overpriced for where it was located.

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Lage, perfekt mit Hund

Wir haben mit unserem Hund zwei Wochen in dem tollen Haus in Porto Vecchio verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Es ist ruhig neben einem Campingplatz auf einem riesigen, sonnigen Grundstück gelegen und das Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Zum kleinen Strand, der zu Campingplatz und Segelschule gehört, geht man nur ein paar Minuten. Da in 10-30 Minuten Autofahrzeit so viele unglaublich schöne, ruhige Strände liegen, waren wir selten dort - aber als Morgenrunde mit dem Hund perfekt! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, hell und sauber - genau wie beschrieben. Der Platz ist extrem großzügig, selten hatten wir in einem Ferienhaus so eine tolle Dusche und auf dem bequemen Sofa liegt sogar eine Decke, die nach jedem Besuch gewechselt wird. Für Regentage sind deutsche Fernsehsender, gutes WLAN und eine Spielesammlung vorhanden. In 500 m Entfernung gibt es einen Supermarkt und das Restaurant L'Alivi um die Ecke ist sehr zu empfehlen. Schönes Ferienhaus mit grossem Garten in Strandnähe

Geräumiges, schönes Ferienhaus. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Großzügiger, grüner Garten mit Liegemoglichkeit und grosser Terrasse mit Grill. Ruhige Lage. Nur 10 Min zu Fuss vom Sandstrand entfernt. Wir kommen wieder!
