Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Appartement très bruyant, ne fait pas 73 m² habitables, plutôt 60m² environ.
A l'arrivée dans l'immeuble, des sacs de gravats sont dans la cage d'escalier.
Le volet roulant de la chambre est cassé et ne s'ouvre pas, impossible d'aérer ce qui a réveillé mon allergie aux acariens pendant tous le séjour et n'a pas permit d'accéder à la terrasse de la chambre.
La colonne de douche est cassée et menace de nous tomber sur la tête à chaque douche.
Des fourmis sont présentes dans le logement, peut être parce qu'il ne comporte aucune poubelle.
Des poubelles de tri sont pourtant nécessaires pour descendre les différents types de déchets dans la rue afin qu'ils soient ramassés par les éboueurs. Le bloc extérieur de climatisation est rouillé.
Le canapé-lit est inconfortable.
J'ai signalé différents problèmes (volet roulant et colonne de douche cassés, fourmis) le lendemain de mon arrivée et après deux relances je n'ai été recontacté qu'une semaine après où l'on m'a promis le passage d'un technicien.
J'ai été rappelé pour le passage du technicien le 11eme jour de mon séjour, veille de mon départ et celui-ci ne s'est au final pas présenté au logement.
Plus de réponse du service client depuis plusieurs semaines et aucun geste commercial ne m'a été accordé malgré tous ses problèmes.
