"The only awful thing about this unit was the arrival. We were finally sent the code to get into the building at exactly check- in time. As we arrived at the unit, we met another guest who had been waiting an hour, trying the code, trying to reach someone for help with getting into the building. No one from the company would answer the call, only texting us asking for a video of us trying the code. Finally a third guest arrived and informed us that the code was not working, had not worked in...

"The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located, a few steps from the metro station, but walkable (about 40 minutes) to the centre or the University (which is where I needed to do everyday). I was received with a bottle of Douro valley wine and biscuits, a lovely detail! would definitely recommend staying here."

This is explained on a piece of paper in the room, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could decide whether or not to stay here. Bedroom, living/dining area was nice, but the washroom was a bit underwhelming and dingy. "
