O hotel tem uma localização excelente, bem central em Porto Seguro, e as acomodações são boas no geral. Porém, alguns pontos precisam de melhorias urgentes. As portas dos quartos aparentam estar comprometidas por cupim, o que passa uma sensação de falta de manutenção. O café da manhã é bastante fraco, com pouca variedade, e durante o horário faltavam itens básicos com frequência. Cheguei a solicitar leite em pó e fui informado de que não havia. Também pedi um sabonete e disseram que não tinha disponível, o que são itens essenciais para qualquer hotel. Entendo que o hotel possa ter se filiado recentemente à Rede Andrade, mas justamente por isso é fundamental que esses ajustes sejam feitos o quanto antes. São detalhes simples que fazem muita diferença na experiência do hóspede e precisam ser reformulados com urgência.

Café da manhã excelente, no meu quarto fiquei confortável , as meninas da limpeza estão de parabéns, além de simpáticas Judeane , Elaine e Tatiane tem um carisma e atenção em fazer os hóspedes ficarem felizes e a vontade , eu amei meus 7 dias no hotel com vocês. Os funcionários é o que fazem vc não desistir quando chega, acolhem muito bem, mas as instalações são péssimas, goteiras, vazamentos, portas cheias de cupim. Não se iludam com a piscina, pois não tem condições de ser usada. A Rede Andrade arrenda essas espeluncas e não fazem nenhuma manutenção. O barato sai caro. Não deve economizar muito mas suas férias para não se tornar um tormento como foi a estadia nesse hotel.
