Moradia Encosta do Colombo - Close to the Beach

Moradia Encosta do Colombo is a spacious and welcoming three-bedroom, three-storey villa accommodating up to 6 guests, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable stay close to the beach in Porto Santo.

On the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, creating a practical and functional space for everyday living. The first floor features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with access to a shared balcony with sea views. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. On the second floor is the third bedroom, which has a single bed with a pull-out drawer and a mattress, which can be used as an extra bed.

The villa also has an outdoor patio, without a view, perfect for relaxing. The outdoor balcony is ideal for enjoying meals al fresco or simply unwinding while making the most of the excellent sun exposure. The light, modern décor was designed to reflect the relaxed and bright atmosphere of a summer holiday by the beach.

AREA
Located directly opposite the beach, allowing guests to reach the sea within just a few steps. The town centre is only a 4-minute walk away, with restaurants, cafés, shops and services nearby. The location, sea-view balcony and excellent sun exposure make this villa ideal for enjoying a relaxing and carefree holiday in Porto Santo.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
