In Porto Santo, the Golden Island - Casa de Férias

In a quiet residential area next to the beach, Porto Santo Casa de Férias is perfect for large families or groups of friends. The property features three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes: the first bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom with shower; the other two bedrooms offer two double beds and a single bed for children. There is a second bathroom with shower in the corridor and a shared guest toilet. The fully equipped kitchen connects to a spacious living and dining room, leading to an outdoor area with barbecue, hammock, garden, and leisure spaces—ideal for al fresco meals and sunbathing. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the house accommodates up to 6 adults and 2 children. Street parking is available.

Located near Girassol Bar and just minutes from Porto Santo’s renowned golden sandy beach, the house offers easy access to the sea and a peaceful retreat. Porto Santo, part of the Madeira archipelago, is famous for its 9km beach, therapeutic sands, and attractions like Pico do Castelo and the historic town of Vila Baleira. The island also offers water sports and local cuisine. Porto Santo Airport is about 3 km away.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners (cheaper than taxis). Car rentals are also convenient, with easy navigation.

Guests have access to all areas.

INTERACTION
Support is available at all times, and guests have access to an app with property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- Municipal Tourist Tax: €2 per person/night (age 13+), up to 7 nights (€14 max/person). Payment link sent before arrival.
- Valid ID required for all guests.
- Check-in must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on site.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• We ask that you be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, you may receive a message from our team asking you to check the situation.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and payment of a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and payment of a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
