Casa da Ninha – Comfort Close to the Beach

Casa da Ninha is a comfortable two-storey villa, situated in Porto Santo and accommodating up to 8 guests. Thanks to its size, layout and proximity to the beach, it is an excellent choice for families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday on the island.

On the ground floor, the villa has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a shower and a pleasant living area comprising an open-plan living room and kitchen. This space offers a functional and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for preparing meals, socialising and relaxing after a day at the beach. The ground floor also features an outdoor area with a garden, perfect for making the most of Porto Santo’s pleasant climate.

On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a room with two single beds, offering greater flexibility for different types of groups. This floor also has a second bathroom with a shower and a balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

One of the main highlights of Casa da Ninha is its location. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, allowing you to easily reach Porto Santo’s famous golden sands and make the most of the sunny days by the sea. With spacious rooms, a garden, a balcony and a prime location, Casa da Ninha has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

AREA
Located in Porto Santo, Casa da Ninha benefits from a peaceful and convenient setting, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Its proximity to the coast makes it easy to enjoy the island's long stretch of golden sand, one of Porto Santo's main attractions. From the house, guests can also explore other points of interest, including restaurants, shops, local services and the natural landscapes that make Porto Santo an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
