Located in the center of Porto Moniz, this charming 40 m² villa welcomes up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. This former grocery store, with over 200 years of history, was renovated in 2024. You have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, fan, TV, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. Families with children can use the available crib and high chair. The villa offers stunning views of the mountains and the sea.



Outside, you can enjoy the uncovered shared terrace, where you will find a shared barbecue for outdoor meals while appreciating the surrounding landscape.



Shared street parking is available, as well as a charger for electric vehicles for an extra fee. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed on the property. Self check-in ensures convenience, and an airport transfer service is available for an extra fee.



The villa is just 5 minutes from the famous natural pools and the Laurissilva forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is close to the beach and the local aquarium.
