"Very beautiful villa😍 cleaner was so sweet and lovely, she helped us out. Unfortunately with our mistake we didn’t know this villa is very remote, nothing is nearby so we had to move out after one night. Be sure to have a car if you want to stay here as no taxis will come, no food delivery etc. would definitely stay here again with a better plan and car!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here! There was always someone on duty, the staff were very helpful, and cleanliness was clearly a top priority. I also appreciated the free breakfast and WiFi, which made things so much easier. The views are absolutely amazing, and there’s even a bar on-site which is a nice touch. The only downside is that there aren’t any local restaurants, bars, or shops nearby it’s at least 30 minutes away to get to those. You definitely need to rent a car or rely on taxis to get around. Other than that, it’s a lovely place to stay if you’re looking for peace, comfort, and stunning scenery."

"This is a stunning villa. We couldn't believe the infinity pool when we saw it. The facilities are excellent including en suite bathrooms for every bedroom. A cleaner came daily to tidy up and provide fresh towels, etc. The location is excellent too - very central but private and secluded, protected from the hustle and bustle of Laganas and Zakynthos town. Akis, our host, was very helpful and made checking in a breeze. Highly recommended! "

"Miss Villa and her husband were such great hosts. The village of San Leon had amazing restaurants and everything a family could want . The houses were situated outside of the village, which was very peaceful and tranquil. The landscaping and outdoor areas were the best I’ve seen of any of the numerous hotels/ houses I’ve stayed at in Greece. Look forward to returning!"

"The building is by a busy road, and the old window does not help to keep any sound out and make you feel that you sleep on the street with cars passing by."

"Great place to stay in Zakynthos. From the first moments we arrived Denise our host was welcoming and gave us advice on amenities and good restaurants to visit. The villa is located in the countryside so a car is needed unless you want to spend lots of money on taxis. However the location was perfect as a base and was only 15 mins from the main resorts Tsvilli, Alykes, Laganas etc. Supermarket a few mins away too. The villa was clean and exactly what we expected. The maid service was great every few days also. A couple of changes would make the villa even better. Different material for the steps leading down to the villa as these got really hot. Also some sort of rail on the ends of the steps to ensure small children have something to hold. Extra wardrobe space would also be useful as there is definitely space to add. Overall a great family holiday was spent in the villa. Zakynthos was a lovely place to visit we will definitely be back. Thanks again Denise"
