Very nice spacious house 10 minutes walk from the center or 3 minutes by subway

  • With an architecture dating back to the 30's our house is completely refurbished keeping the original design. In addition to all the amenities the house offers a spacious patio to enjoy the sun or just relax.
    The house is in a prime location just 10 minutes' walk from the historic center and less than a 1-minute walk from Marquês metro station, where you can also find other public transport with access to the city's main tourist attractions.

    Built in the 30´s our house was totally refurbished keeping the original style. Besides all other facilities the house also offers a spacious yard where you can make the most of sunny days, have an outdoor meal or just to enjoy and relax anytime of your day.
    The house has an excellent location, just 10 minutes walking distance from the city center, and less than 1 minute walking distance to all the different types of public transports that can take you to the main touristic attractions.
