Apartment on the 3rd and last floor 100 m from the beach with sea view.
Renovated and fully equipped. Comprising 1 double bedroom, 1 children's bedroom with bunk bed and 1 convertible sofa, kitchen with fully equipped pantry, living / dining room opening onto a 20 m² terrace with sea view and full sun. Full shower room and garage for one car. In this beautiful town of Vila de Conde lapped by the Atlantic Ocean with magnificent beaches is perfect for taking long walks. Nearby you will find the historic area with museums, theater, good restaurants, bars and magnificent terraces. This comfortable apartment is 500 meters from the city center, shops and all kinds of festivities.

At 2 km you will find the Casino of Povoa De Varzim as well as a great animation.
Just 15 km away, the city of Porto and its airport

Points positifs : logement très propre et à 5 mn de la mer à pied, bien équipé (un grille pain serait nécessaire), propriétaire réactive.Pour le reste, nous sommes très déçues : le logement n'est pas aussi bien conservé que les photos le montrent (les photos ne sont pas récentes, peinture plafonds craquelées probablement par l'humidité), la vue sur la mer est réduite puisque un immeuble est en construction juste en face, les parties communes sont dans un état déplorable (humidité importante, odeurs de moisis, porte de l'immeuble qui claque à chaque fermeture qui nous a réveillé plusieurs fois la nuit). Lors de notre arrivée, il y avait une odeur d'égouts insupportable (canalisations des parties communes bouchées). Le propriétaire a pris contact avec le syndic mais l'intervention du plombier n'a eu lieu que 2 jours après. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter pleinement de l'appartement pendant 3 jours, tellement l'odeur était insupportable. Nous avons sollicité la propriétaire pour un dédommagement, laquelle nous a répondu par la négative parce que le problème ne venait pas du logement mais des parties communes et que son logement est le moins cher de Villa do Conde. Elle nous a orienté vers l'hôtel Villa C haut de gamme pour la prochaine réservation. Une réponse inadmissible ! Nous n'avons aucune envie d'un logement haut de gamme mais d'un logement où nous nous y sentons bien et sans odeurs.

A 100 mètre de la plage

Logement conforme à l’annonce, très calme, stationnement dans la rue et sans problème. Le propriétaire devra revoir les chaises de l’intérieur ainsi que le four, ce sont des petits soucis qui n’ont pas perturbés notre séjour, la région du nord possède de beaux atouts.

Zwischenstop als Ausgangspunkt für Autorundereise

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation per App. Gute Wegbeschreibung. Leider parken - anders als beschrieben - nur auf der Straße; aber wir haben stets einen Platz gefunden. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, da man in die dritte Etage nur über Treppen erreicht; dafür hat man aber vom Balkon einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Der Strand war mit wenigen Schitten erreicht; die erste Strandbude können wir auf Grund der netten Betreiber sehr empfehlen. Das Appartment war leider schon etwas abgewohnter als auf den Bildern zu erkennen und hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Leider nur ein Handtuch pro Person. Die nötigsten Dinge waren aber vorhanden. Überall waren kleine Zettel mit kurzen Informationen. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen.

Très bien situé 5mn à pied de la plage.Appartement idéale pour un couple et deux enfants.Bien équipé, belle terrasse vue sur mer avec le soleil de 8heures à 19 heures . Petit bémol manque deux transats sur la terrasse, drap de plage .manque de serviettes de toilette et torchon sinon excellente location ,je recommande .
