Very clean, very kind staff, delicious food. This is our second stay in an NH Collection hotel and both experiences (Rome and Porto) have been excellent. One thing to note - it does get cold at night in winter months and the heating system is not great. However there are extra blankets provided that did the trick. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Hotel is comfortable , plenty of cafes near by for breakfast. Good location, within 5 minutes to the funicular up and down to the waterfront. The walk down takes about 20 min to the waterfront. The funicular 4 euro leaves you 5 minute walk to hotel.
