It was centrally located. The property did have its shortcomings like a big gap in the shower door that let water spill onto the floor, having said that it was clean and staff friendly

The hotel is in a great location and close to a lot of main attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are lovely and friendly.

Convenient location for access to the train, restaurants and pharmacies with a good tour operator next door. The manager was at the reception when we were checking out and was pleasant and cheerful. The staff serving breakfast as well were courteous. Everyone else at the front desk was very unfriendly and noted first hand to be quite rude to another guest. The breakfast buffet daily was plentiful with various options and the highlight of the stay. The rooms are very noisy despite notices posted on the walls stating they were “quiet zones”. The door to the toilet did not open all the way, scraping and getting stuck on the floor. The commode is adjacent to the sink, mere millimeters between the two. Towels hang close to the commode from the sink and close to the bidet from the wall…something I find quite unhygienic, and utterly impractical. There is no exhaust in the bathroom so the humidity and mist lingers long after a shower. There was a couch in the room that put us off immediately, for all the visible stains on it. The curtains are not hooked properly and very dirty. Mold was noted in the bottom of the wall near the balcony door. Overall, we would not want to return to this hotel.
