Warm, friendly staff, very helpful. Room spacious- beds comfortable for us, extra needed blanket was available. Basic measured breakfast, tea and coffee there all day. Nice patio to sit out. Cafes. nearby . Thank you

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was decent. We were in on of the outside rooms (304). The room was extremely hot, we could not leave the window open as there was no screen to keep the bugs out. We had a fan constantly running. The bed was worn that we could feel the springs. The bathroom was mouldy. The shower drain was clogged with hair. The water leaked onto the floor from the shower. The TV did not work for 2 out of the 3 days we were there.

When we chose a hotel room online, it looked okay, but when we arrived, they gave us a completely different one. The bed linens are changed every other day, but for some reason, they only changed our towels. We were there for four days

The bathroom was in terrible shape. The driveway to the parking area was terrifying. The hostess was very kind, but the hotel did not meet our expectations. It was very noisy as well, it’s right on the street and there were lots of other guests coming and going until after midnight.

This is not a 3 star hotel as stated on hotels.com, try 1 star at best. There is no wardrobe or drawers in the room, no bin for rubbish, no fridge to keep drinks cold. The double bed was smaller than a standard double. There was no mosquito nets on the windows. The toilet seat hasn't been fitted correctly and is dangerous. The pictures of the rooms must have been taken years ago and have not been updated since. The listing states a continental breakfast is included, one plate with cheese and another with ham and a basket of bread rolls is not a continental breakfast. Before arrival I contacted the hotel on many occasions for some information and I never received a reply, the only reply I did receive was a link to check in and when I sent the same query again I received the same link to check in again and therefore the query was left unanswered. Overall the hotel is not value for money.

The bed was not comfortable, and the size of the bed for a couple was not sufficient (it was not a queen size bed.) The breakfast was lacking, there was even no espresso. The shower was leaking, and the toilet was not working properly! The flush had issues and the water kept flowing unless the main water line was closed, so it’s such a hassle. The “basic” room which had no AC, also had no shower gel or shampoo, and the towels are terrible.

1. Mold in the room 2. No cleaning room 3. Loud noise from staff including manager's family staying and chatting at night 4. Replacing towels with dirty ones 5. Poor management system 6. Staff wasn't able to provide receipts only hotel manager so we had to wait until she was available 7. Hotel manager blamed Expedia for false advertisements 8. For the above reason, hotel manager refused to give us our reserved 'city view' room with twin beds upstairs; but instead, she placed us in the basement with a room that was dirty and moldy, which was immediately reported to Expedia 9. Hotel rating claims to be 3 but overall it deserves a rating of 0 10. Asking Expedia to never partner with this hotel ever again 11. Due to health concerns and an unhealthy and toxic environment, someone needs to investigate this hotel

We lagen in de kelder nr 001. De kelder rook erg muf door vocht. Slaat echt op je adem. Opzich was het wel schoon. Sanitair wel zijn beste tijd gehad. Ontbijt simpel. Parkeren kan, auto moet niet te breed zijn. Er kunnen 3 a 4 auto's staan. Geen 2x meer voor ons.

There's a mexican song about a bed of stone and I always thougt it was a metaphor. Not anymore. They offer dayly cleaning but I expend a couple nights and no cleaning at all, although the room was fairly clean upon arrival. Don't get misguided by the photos, you'll be assigned to a room in the back of the property at street level, during summer the heat is intense as the roof is not too high and radiation doest mind how fast the old fan can blow. I had to open the window completely, it felt a little insecure and exposed as there's no fence. Breakfas was OK, better than expected. I left a cooler bottle in the dining room for a few hours and it vanished. When asked personel just shrugged.

Local bem simples e confortável, lembrando bem a ideia de estar em uma casa, mas com os atendimentos de uma pousada. Ficamos em uma hospedagem no andar de baixo, infelizmente tivemos um incidente batendo a cabeça na escada, mas pelo improviso no local parecia ser um evento constante.
