The bed was not comfortable, and the size of the bed for a couple was not sufficient (it was not a queen size bed.) The breakfast was lacking, there was even no espresso. The shower was leaking, and the toilet was not working properly! The flush had issues and the water kept flowing unless the main water line was closed, so it’s such a hassle. The “basic” room which had no AC, also had no shower gel or shampoo, and the towels are terrible.

1. Mold in the room 2. No cleaning room 3. Loud noise from staff including manager's family staying and chatting at night 4. Replacing towels with dirty ones 5. Poor management system 6. Staff wasn't able to provide receipts only hotel manager so we had to wait until she was available 7. Hotel manager blamed Expedia for false advertisements 8. For the above reason, hotel manager refused to give us our reserved 'city view' room with twin beds upstairs; but instead, she placed us in the basement with a room that was dirty and moldy, which was immediately reported to Expedia 9. Hotel rating claims to be 3 but overall it deserves a rating of 0 10. Asking Expedia to never partner with this hotel ever again 11. Due to health concerns and an unhealthy and toxic environment, someone needs to investigate this hotel

Internet hat gepasst, Frühstück war das allernötigste da. Zimmer wo ich war verschimmelt, "klomücken", Fernsehen funktionierte nicht und Steckdosen waren runtergehangen, Hinterleitungen sichtbar. Duschkopf konnte man nicht einhängen da es abgebrochen war. Obwohl ich es beim Empfang berichtet habe, nichts hat sich getan. Parkplatz sind für größere Autos weniger geeignet. Bewertung 2 Sterne wegen der Hilfe beim Rausfahren des Autos.
