There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends.
There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.

Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: Bolhão: (3 min walking)
- The nearest Train Station: S.Bento: (10 min walking)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 100€ included.

This house exceeded every expectation!! It looks literally like the pictures, really walkable and close to all the places in Porto. It’s a huge home with so many amenities! If I ever go back to Porto, this is where I will stay! Great host and beautiful house!!

Spacious apartment, quite centrally located (everything is within walking distance), with space for improvement: amenities and urgent repairs of showers and toilets.

We had a great time! The house was exactly what we expected as shown in the pictures! We were 5 plus a baby and we had more than enough room. The only thing I could say is that every time we left on foot it was a trek tp get back to the apartment but I think we only felt that way because we have a baby! Highly recommend!!

The place was amazing. Checking in, we were late due to missed train and the accommodated well. Great location. Day before we got email saying check out was 9. Site and king had at 11 so had to email back that it was 11 (we had early plans). They did not bother us and we stayed until 11.

Apartment is clean and spacious. Air conditioning very good for summer visit. Blackout shades help for good sleeping. Laundry good but dryer takes long. No sitting area so be prepared to sit at the kitchen table chairs for everything. Garage only fits a small car. No wine glasses or coffee - kitchen lacked some basics. Interesting decor as well. Overall decent.

Es perfecto para una familia, tiene tres plantas y tres dormitorios dobles. Uno en la 2° y en la 3° planta dos dormitorios dobles cada uno con su aseo. La decoración es de hotel de 5 estrellas. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.
