The room was clean and very well equipped. Be aware that everything is handled digitally, f.e. you need a smartphone to open the doors. I twice a question when and after booking but never received an answer. It is all what is stated in the description, if you don’t need anything else or any communication and if you have a smart phone, this is a good choice.

++ Our backside appartment was very quiet. The location was okay: the place was not far from metro Marques and a supermarket was near the appartment. - - The couch was very uncomfortable and a proper chair was lacking. It is recommanded to make available use-instructions for the utilities.

Lovely and clean and spacious. Felt really safe. Was quite noisy, though, with the street on one side and school on the other. No place to hang wet towels. Parking not included so once we found a spot, we left the car there and walked everywhere. Nice place.

When we checked in we found the apartment like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The kitchen counters looked and smelled as if they had been wiped with a dirty rag, there were dishes still in the dishwasher, there was only 1 toilet paper roll in the bathroom even though our reservation was for 4 days for 3 people. I contacted the property and they said someone would come to clean and drop off more paper the next day and they didn’t. I contacted them again and they said their policy is to only clean every 4 days so I asked them to at least give us more toilet paper. They finally dropped off more on day 3, but they never came to clean the kitchen. The kitchen is also not equipped with any of the basics such as salt / pepper or paper towels. It is managed by a company so it felt very impersonal. The only thing we liked about our stay was the fact that it had a parking spot.

Very good option to stay in Porto. You need to be a little tech savvy to get into the property. You need to have access to wireless communication all the time.

De kamer voelde niet erg schoon. Badkamer mag wel goed geschrobd worden na een bezoek. Bedden waren niet fijn en slaapbank voor de kinderen was stoffig en mocht wel vervangen worden. Ontvangst was een drama en niet duidelijk. Wij waren ook niet de enige die daar last van hadden. Het schijnt dat de nieuwe eigenaar het nog niet helemaal op orde heeft.

Excelente estadia, que fez parte de uma viagem mais longa. Localização boa com mercado a pouco mais de 300 m e tem garagem com acesso interno. Tudo em um prédio novo e bem mantido. Infelizmente o proprietário demorou a passar os códigos de entrada.
