We had a wonderful stay! It was very clean and comfortable and the location provided a bit of respite from the heat of the city. We loved the dinner, especially the homemade white wine! And the staff were very kind and welcoming.

Highly recommended for quiet stay

Amazing stay. Highly recommended for a quiet stay. Superb hospitality by hosts for entire stay including dinner, fantastic wine and breakfast. Our family of 8 felt at home and cared for. Follow the signs as you get close to find location after using Google maps to get you close.

Amazing relaxation agritourismo

Amazing! The whole staff was super friendly and made the experience even more awesome! We ate at the restaurant both nights, best food ever, different menu both times! 5 course meal!

Idyllic country break

An idyllic countryside location. Stunning views. The pool area actually looks even nicer than the photos. Very relaxed spot, with an added bonus of donkeys! Dinner was wonderful. Rooms are very clean and beds were comfortable. Fridge didnt seem to work, but that wasnt a big issue.

A really beautiful place, with gorgeous views all around, lovely staff (although they don't speak much English) and delicious home cooked food and wine. The fixed menu is 35 EUR but it's worth it. They make their own wine and were harvesting the grapes while we watched. The only negative points were that the rooms are very hot and stuffy and were not serviced with new towels, which we would have appreciated. However it's such a lovely place that we still recommend it. Use the co ordinates they send you by email to find the way and you'll be fine.

L'endroit est à proximité de la vallée des Temples, mais loin de la foule, dans la campagne sicilienne. Le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner étaient excellents !!

Le petit déjeuné étais incroyable. Une belle piscine Le restaurant est très bon il faut compté 35 euros le menu complet (la serveuse avec les lunettes) est très gentil. A 10 /15 minutes de la plage ou de la vallée des Temples. Un endroit calme et reposant un havre de paix

Agriturismo la casa di bacco is gelegen op 15 minuten rijden met de auto vanaf Porto Empedocle en niet zoals Expedia aangeeft in Port E zelf. Los daarvan is het een heerlijk hotel in een rustige omgeving. Giuseppe en Maria en al het andere personeel zijn superhartelijk en behulpzaam. De 2 persoonskamer die wij hadden lag aan de achterkant met een mooi uitzicht over de wijnvelden en heuvels.Een simpele kamer. Verwacht geen waterkoker of inboedel. Het is een hotel. Maar het onbijt is echt goed en het avondeten heerlijk als je kiest voor het 4 gangenmenu a 35 euro. De wijn wordt door hun zelf gemaakt. Heerlijke wijn. verder dus een kamer en een aparte doucheruimte. Douchecabine is erg klein en soms zoals al te lezen bij andere reactie is er in de ochtend soms geen warm water. Waarschijnlijk als de meeste mensen gaan douchen. 'savonds geen probleem ondervonden. Het zwembad is erg schoon en groot genoeg om wat baantjes te trekken en er zijn genoegen ligbedden, tafels en stoelen en je hebt een mooi uitkijk over de landerijen. Je hebt een auto nodig als je naar Agrigento/tempels, Porto Empedocle of het strand wil. Strand is zeer mooi bij Majata (beach accomodatie). Het is ons goed bevallen en we bevelen het van harte aan.

A quiet little slice of heaven

We had a fantastic stay. The family running the farm couldn't be more warm and welcoming, and the food was incredible. We understand minimal Italian but Giuseppe was more than happy to show us around the wine production facilities and share the history of the farm conversing through Google translate which we really appreciated.

La casa di bacco est un endroit extraordinaire. En plein dans les vignes, nous avons été très bien accueillis avec les proprietaires qui sont d une très grande gentillesse et disponibilité. Le repas du soir est exceptionnel tout comme le petit déjeuner. Tout est fait maison! Tout le monde est aux petits soins et les enfants sont les bienvenus ! La chambre était très propre et tout confort! C est le meilleur B&B que j ai fait ! Idéalement situé aussi pour faire la vallée des temples ! Je recommande vivement c est un bijou

Toller Aufenthalt in Agriturismo La Casa di Bacco

Die Unterkunft ist ein paar Autominuten von Valle dei Templi und Scala dei Turchi entfent. Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war bequem und sauber. Am Abend durften wir das beste Abendessen (inkl. Wein) unserer Reise geniessen. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

It was lovely to stay in the countryside and enjoy the beautiful scenery over the vines. The meal served in the Restaurant in the evenings was fantastic and showcased the local produce. A wonderful experience and such a change from staying in a town or city!

It is in a very secluded area but not impossible to find if you follow the instructions from the hotels carefully. It's excellent to be surrounded by wildlife every day, lovely view of the vineyard, fresh air , huge open space and lovely night skies. The owners are very genuine and sincere. Lovely people. Food was excellent and prices are reasonable. Portions are huge though. The wine there are delicious. Really unforgettable stay.

So welcoming and a beautiful unique location in Agrigento wine country. Wonderful views and excellent meals and wine on the veranda. It’s also higher up so cooler than Agrigento. Word of advice. Call hotel first to get directions and be sure to come from north not south of Agrigento, otherwise one hits really small agricultural field roads. Google maps will take you there if coming from south. Don’t think the property is on google maps from the proper direction

Beautiful and very calm agriturismo to stay at. The hosts were really friendly. Very spacious and clean rooms. The house is a bit far of any big location, so you can have dinner at the house itself, with a menu with 2-3 different options for antipasti, primi and secondi piatti and desserts. You can also have their own produced wine. They were also setting a new swimming pool, which I think is not yet in the photos as they are still with the works, but it looked pretty good!

Fantastic! Must have dinner here...the food and wine was fabulous and so affordable! It was hard to find so make sure you get the instructions from them. Google maps only gets you to a certain point and also gives you an option up Via Belisomo that you must not take! But it is worth staying here for sure!

La Casa di Bacco was perfect for my husband and I! I only wish we had stayed longer. The staff were so very kind and we had some of the most engaging conversations practicing our Italian. Not to mention, the wine was absolutely delicious! We felt very at home and welcomed--highly recommend!

Oltre ogni aspettativa! Il luogo è bello, in aperta campagna, silenzioso, rilassante. I proprietari Giuseppe e Maria con le loro figlie Giada e Ambra e la zia Daniela hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile, sempre sorridenti, gentili, disponibili e accoglienti come solo i siciliani sanno essere.
