Villetta Colle Azzurro is a comfortable place to stay for your holiday in Salento. The property is located within a residential complex just 400 metres from one of the most sought-after stretches of the Ionian coast. Suitable for families and small groups, the villa offers all the amenities to make your holiday special and enjoys a strategic location, situated in the immediate vicinity of the stunning beaches of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo.
The townhouse spans two levels and features two separate entrances leading to two units: a front unit of approximately 45 square metres and a rear unit of approximately 15 square metres. The front unit features a veranda adorned with flower beds; an outdoor table and chairs are provided, perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners. The rear unit includes a wash area, a covered outdoor shower built into the wall, and a washing machine. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living area with a spacious kitchen-diner equipped with a hob, a cabinet for kitchenware, a pull-out sofa, and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. The layout of the bedrooms is as follows:


Bedroom 1: The master bedroom offers a view of the front courtyard and the coast thanks to direct access to a terrazzo.La. The room is furnished with two nightstands, a closet with doors, and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: a bedroom with a single bed, equipped with a closet and a desk
Bedroom 3: a bedroom with two single beds, equipped with a wall-mounted bridge-style closet. The room opens onto a small balcony overlooking the back of the cottage.

The terrace is furnished with a set of outdoor sofas. There are a total of 2 bathrooms, both equipped with showers. In addition, as mentioned earlier, there is a built-in outdoor shower. All rooms (living room and bedrooms) are equipped with air conditioning. The house also has window screens. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and comes with all the necessary utensils for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Towels, sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided. There is a television in the living room. The property does not have internet connectivity.
A total of two parking spaces are available: one in the residence’s car park (numbered and reserved exclusively for guests), and the other at the rear of the building. Exclusivity—and therefore availability—of the outdoor parking space adjacent to the rear entrance is not guaranteed. However, the parking space can be considered guaranteed, as the street is primarily used by those staying at the residence.

The property is located in a quiet area, away from the crowded city centre (2 km) and very close to the beach and the beach resorts of Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo. In the immediate vicinity, you can enjoy various outdoor activities such as snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, boat trips, and sightseeing tours. Nightlife is guaranteed by the various pubs, restaurants, and lounge bars in the city centre. Travelling down the Ionian coast, you can easily reach the famous Porto Selvaggio Bay, Santa Caterina, and Gallipoli. To the north, you’ll find the enchanting beaches of Torre Castiglione, Punta Prosciutto, and Torre Colimena, just a 10-minute drive away. Lecce is about 20 km away and can also be reached by bus thanks to the various stops located in the city centre and surrounding areas.
