Villa Edoardo a 5-bed holiday home in Porto Cesareo Loc. La Strea in a quiet area with 1200 square meters of relaxing pine forest where you can switch off your mind and rest your muscles after a beautiful day at the beach.
Completely refurbished in 2022.
The house is equipped with air conditioning in the kitchen/living room and in both double bedrooms, has a sofa bed in the living room and internal parking is available.
The house has an open living room with kitchen, the living room has a 55" TV, hallway, there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
SPACE
The large external veranda becomes a perfect place to enjoy breakfast and to savor delicious typical snacks, immersed in the sounds of nature.
The area is quiet and is just a few meters from the first "Chef in Pescheria" restaurant/chip shop at 200 meters and the "Le Zagare" restaurant at 900 meters.
At 900 meters on foot from the house it is possible, along the sea, to reach the beach of Torre Squillace. SQUILLACE TOWER BLUE FLAG 2023.
AREA
Strea is an area of very high naturalistic value which falls within the Marine Protected Area.
The lively town of Porto Cesareo is 2.5 km away, reachable in a few minutes.
There are all the main services such as banks, pharmacies, libraries, museums and many activities such as restaurants, bars, newsagents, tobacco shops, at the port of Porto Cesareo you will also find an amusement park where your children can have fun.
Even the equipped lidos on the long beaches of golden sand and crystalline sea are just a short distance away (2.5/5 km), such as the lidos Conchiglia Azzurra, Le Dune, il Tabù, Sant' Isidoro.
At the Naval League of Porto Cesareo at 1.5 km it is possible to rent a boat to experience the sea in the most enjoyable way, immersed in nature and away from crowded places.
