The apartment, located on the ground floor, inside the IL CAICCO Residence, is:
- 100 meters from the sea, in front of the Isola dei Conigli, and from the embarkations for boat trips
- 200 meters from commercial establishments (hypermarket, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pharmacy, bank).
- 500 meters, 5 minutes on foot, from the town center
- 500 meters, 5 minutes on foot, from the Conchiglia Azzurra bathhouse
- 1000 meters, 10 minutes on foot, from the Le Dune bathhouse
