The recently renovated apartment is on the ground floor and offers up to 6 beds.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, outdoor shower etc. Pets are allowed.

The
three-room apartment located on the ground floor of the Casa Poesia
mini-complex has an entrance to a small veranda shared with the house on
the upper floor.
The spacious living room is furnished with dining room, sofa, TV and 1 bunk bed.
Next to the living room is the kitchenette. There is, then, a furnished
inner courtyard for spending time outdoors, with table, chairs,
umbrella, outdoor shower and washing machine.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, communicating with each other. The house is completed by 1 shower room.

The
ground-floor trilo at Casa Poesia is located in Torre Lapillo, just 50
meters from one of its beautiful beaches, famous for its fine, golden
sand and crystal clear sea.
The center of the resort is nearby and
offers all services. Porto Cesareo is only 5 km away. The main
activities are within walking distance in a few minutes.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- Air conditioning in the living room.
- Entrance with the stairs.
- Terrace shared with another apartment. 
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
