Villa Mormora is a 7-bed vacation home for rent just 250 meters from the sea in Torre Lapillo, in Padula Fede.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, microwave, ceiling paddles, hair dryer, TV, grates and mosquito nets, barbecue and outdoor shower etc. Pets are allowed.

Villa Mormora is a small villa with garden for relaxing vacations in a quiet area. The house is introduced by a large veranda partly covered by a canopy and furnished with table and chairs, sofas and a comfortable brick barbecue.
The entrance is into a spacious hallway with air conditioning that leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one triple, and a bathroom complete with shower.
The living area consists of a dining room with an open kitchenette, TV, fireplace and two refrigerators. Completing the cottage is an outdoor space at the back, equipped with a second kitchen, washing machine, outdoor shower, and a service bathroom.

Villa Mormora is a seaside vacation villa in Porto Cesareo, in the Padula Fede locality of Torre Lapillo. The hamlet of Porto Cesareo is one of the most popular destinations in Salento, thanks to its beautiful golden sandy beaches and crystal clear sea.
The cottage is less than 150 meters from the beach of Punta Prosciutto and Riva degli Angeli, where there are also bars and restaurants, as well as equipped lidos. The center of Porto Cesareo is 10 km away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 67 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the hallway of the sleeping area.
- Water not drinkable.
- The external bathroom does not have a bidet. The shower is adjacent to the external bathroom.
