in a fresh pinewood completely fenced and with internal parking space.
The house is introduced by a spacious veranda where you can have lunch
and dinner outdoors.
The interior of the holiday home consists of a living room with dining room with a kitchenette next to it, hallway, 1 double bedroom , 1 double bedroom with single beds and 1 bathroom with shower.

Villetta La Pineta 2 is located in Porto Cesareo, in the Strea area,
residential and fairly quiet. The house allows you to reach the center
of Porto Cesareo in a few minutes as it is just 2.5 km away. The first
equipped beaches are those of Sant`Isidoro just 3.5 km away and those of
Porto Cesareo about 4 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 43 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner in the living room.
