It`s 50 meters away from the sea and the beaches of Porto Cesareo, a basic and essential house for rent, ideal for a vacation by the sea in one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in Salento. The apartment is on the first floor, in a quiet area, and it`s equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and a terrace with view on the sea: can you wish for something more? The rooms of the holiday home for rent 50 meters away from the beaches of Porto Cesareo, are simple and functional to a vacation by the sea in Salento. It`s on the first floor, accessible from the staircase in the fenced courtyard with gate.

The living room with dining area and sofa bed has access to the large furnished balcony, where the guests can relax. The kitchenette is equipped with oven and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms (twin bedroom and triple bedroom with double bed and single bed), a bathroom with shower and the corridor with air conditioning.

The surroundings
It is in a quiet area of Porto Cesareo. The holiday home is 50 meters away from the sea and 500 meters away from the closest beach establishment. The city centre with its amenities is within walking distance. It`s close to the protected area "Strea", ideal for the nature lovers.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- Heating in the winter months euro 7 per night on request, to be paid on site.
