The Tenuta is a fantastic two-family property, consisting of a small villa and an adjacent loft, nestled in the countryside of Elba Island, with a timeless Tuscan atmosphere. It's the perfect setting for those seeking a holiday immersed in nature, listening to its sounds and losing themselves in its colors. Choosing this property, even for just a few days, means finding time for yourself and the desire to explore and discover all the wonders our region has to offer. Its location in the heart of the island allows you to be conveniently and centrally located for visiting various parts of the island. A few minutes' drive away, you can easily reach some of the island's most beautiful beaches, such as Barabarca (3.5 km), Felciaio (1.5 km), and Norsi (2.5 km). The well-equipped beach of Lido Capoliveri is just a 950-meter walk away. Recently tastefully renovated, it will ensure a holiday of relaxation and well-being.

Our home will convey the feeling of an ancient farmhouse with its characteristic colors, scents, and flavors. Inside, it features many modern amenities and furnishings that create an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere.

It's a two-family home, consisting of two adjacent apartments, each with private furnished verandas for exclusive use on different sides, but a shared garden and parking area. Entering the property is the Villino, while continuing to the end of the villa is the Loft, which is smaller in interior but offers more privacy outside.

Inside a detached two-family villa with two separate entrances, renovated while maintaining the stone and natural stone walls, exposed beams, and wooden floors, it offers relaxing and well-kept interiors of 35 square meters.
The house features a splendid veranda furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation. There is a large shared garden as well as an outdoor shower and a brick BBQ, also shared with the adjacent property.
The loft is located in a more private area of ​​the property and features a large private porch and a corner garden with a drying area. The interior and exterior spaces harmoniously connect thanks to the large windows that offer pleasant views of the surrounding greenery. The warm and natural atmosphere is enhanced by the use of materials such as wood and exposed stone.
The living area consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with a gas stovetop, oven, and large refrigerator with freezer. The modern and bright bathroom features a walk-in shower, bidet, and window.
A wooden mezzanine level, accessible via a (fairly steep) staircase, features a queen-size mattress on the floor.

- Deposit (mandatory): €200.00. Refunded at the end of your stay after inspecting the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM).
- Bed linens and towels: Double set €40 (also for single use), single set €20. Must be requested before arrival.
