The main lifts had thick glass walls to the outside, which gave a nice view of the area. "Had to park 20 minutes away after driving around for two hours looking for parking. Their parking deck was closed and two alternate decks were they recommended were full. Called hotel to send a cab to parking deck only to be told that you had to ring a bell at their parking garage and someone would have opened it. Not on their website nor was told this before trip. Was hung up on twice trying to get a cab sent by them to parking deck 20 minutes away which costed me 80.00 for two days. Staff at desk were rude."
