*Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. 

*There is NO smoking inside the unit or on the property. If anyone in your party smokes, please have them cross the street to do so and dispose of them properly. 

*If you have pets with you, please make sure they stay off the furniture and any waste is picked up and disposed of properly. 

*When using the shower please make sure the shower curtain liner is completely inside the tub, so water doesn't get on the floor! It will leak through if so.
