Hello Kseniia, I am sorry about the warm water, When we have guest in the Breakfast area, sometimes the food runs low and it takes us a minuet to refill. Food was cooking in the back room to replace. Sorry that it took us a bit longer for you. Thank you for the nice comment about the staff. Yes they are wonderful.

Thank you for your thoughts. As we are ending winter season the outside is not in full bloom yet. Yes our rooms a little smaller then other hotels as it use to be a Supper 8. I a looking into getting smaller furniture. I take pride in my breakfast. I go out of my way to make sure that we have a large verity of breakfast items to make everyone happy. Dear Kara, I want to start with how sorry I am that your stay was not a happy one. I am glad you have brought this to my attention, because I was unaware of some of these problems. The bathroom door has been fixed, the smoke detector has been replaced, The shower curtains were replaced a month ago. I will definitely talk to the HK staff about this. I have talked to my staff on guest request and fulfilling them the same day of the request. I do apologize for all this. This saddens me to no end. I do hope you will give us another chance.

Hello Karen, I am sorry that you experienced this. I do have to say the I have had the exterminator's in and they told me that we do not have bed bugs. I am sorry I don't know what bit your husband, but He did find two rooms with cockroach. I have just finally (legally) exited my last squatter and the exterminator told me that that was the problem. The two rooms and the sounding rooms were treated and they will be back in 3 weeks to treat again. Again I am truly sorry that you had this happen to you. We are remodeling this winter, taking out the rugs, smaller furniture, and other things. Hope you will give us another try this summer. Thank you for your feedback
