Welcome to the heart of the Old Port! A gem located in the middle of this historic district. Features 3 bedrooms, luxe linens, sleeps 8 with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and spacious living area.

Please note: This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of the bustling Old Port nightlife and on the 3rd floor of a brownstone with a restaurant on the 1st floor. Please expect some level of noise in the evenings and on weekends.

Your condo is appointed with luxurious linens, new mattresses, and modern urban decor accentuated by vaulted ceilings, original wood beams, exposed brick, and beautiful wood floors. A full kitchen, large living room with plenty of space to relax. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8 guests.

In the Heart of the Old Port!

Centrally located in the middle of everything! You can walk to many boutiques, eclectic restaurants, and thriving nightlife while breathing in the salty air from Casco Bay just a block away.

**This is a gorgeous townhouse condo located on the 3rd floor and is accessible only by climbing 2 sets of stairs with a landing in between.

Also, there is no dedicated parking for the condo as it is right downtown. There is a parking garage across the street for a fee, as well as several other parking garages throughout the Old Port. Also, on-street parking is permitted for a fee during 9am-6pm, free 6pm-9am, and free on Sunday.

No smoking and no pets.

Use of any type of confetti, confetti dots, or glitter to celebrate is prohibited.
* There is a high probability of noise, especially on weekends in the warmer months due to prime location in the Old Port.

Most gorgeous spot in Old Port!

Literally the MOST perfect location to stay in Portland. Everything was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and right in the heart of Old Port. We wish we could rent here haha!

Perfect spot in Old Port

We stayed here for a weekend in November and had a fabulous time. This place is located right in the heart of everything. The condo was immaculate and everything was perfect. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be right in the heart of the city!

Perfect Location and Place

This lovely home could not have been more convenient to all the Old Port restaurants and shops. Although the home feels quite historic, it had all the modern comforts. We felt especially welcomed by the snack basket and personal note. The host’s dinner recommendations were spot on and the super timely response to our questions was very appreciated! It’s the little things.

Great location in Old Port

Four friends (65+) met for our annual reunion. The unit was very centrally located to explore Old Port. It was clean, well equipped and we had excellent communication with property manager. Fabulous restaurants within easy walking distance, had a great time! Definitely would book again! 5 stars!

Property was great, except that it is above a bar that is open until 2 am on Friday and Saturday, so it is somewhat noisy.

Great spot!

Right in the middle of Portland’s highlights. Lots of shops and activities for the day and great restaurants - all nearby. My only disappointment was with the city’s mismanagement. The political inability to properly manage the mentally ill and subsequent homelessness makes the night scene more sketchy than it should be. I have never entered a bar/restaurant and frisked to see if I was carrying a firearm until Portland. This happened in a place within 100 yds of the apartment/condo. There were multiple times I felt unsafe walking the town. In the apartment itself, I felt safe, but everywhere else not so much especially at night.

Fabulous location in the Old Port!

Beautiful, clean, and relaxing location for a group of friends to stay while exploring the Old Port in Portland. Parking lot was across the street, all of our restaurants were within walking distance, and the apartment was easy to cool down when we needed a break from the July heat. While the area itself is loud with nightlife, this was not an issue for us. I'd definitely stay here again.

Long birthday weekend celebration
