"Staff is excellent! very friendly and accommodating! mind-blowing!!! breakfast is great! short and beautiful walk along the river to downtown! convenient for public trans to downtown. I would definitely recommend Hyatt House and stay there again!"

"This is a great hotel for families. Centrally located to jump off to all parts of Portland and day trips. It’s walking distance to Powell’s books and several other areas. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Especially the valet team, since we were working in the area during our stay we had to get our car in and out several times and they always tried to be as quick and courteous as possible. I’ve seen complaints about homeless individuals. That is true for any major American city especially near transit hubs. At no point did we feel unsafe and whole paying for parking can be a bummer it was nice not to worry about it. "
