The room is not clean and lot of dirt everywhere. The bed sheets and comforters is not cleaned and contain hair marks and not cleaned properly. There is a lot of cigarette smoke near the corridor and the elevator

Once we got checked in, I appreciated that they have a gated parking lot for security. But had to use street parking to go get checked in before we could get into the gated part. And wish all of the exterior doors were available, but only the main entrance was in use.

The rooms next-door were incredibly noisy. You couldn’t get in because they lock the doors all night and your key card would not work and the toilet malfunctioned all night long and there was nobody there to help me worst property I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

Gated parking was a bonus, most of the staff was friendly but would like to credit Annabelle for being an over the top employee, shes amazing. Only complaints is some of the long term guests can be quite rude.

There is no ice machine on premises. The room has no coffee machine. Our microwave didn't work. The sink stopper didn't work. We had a table with no chairs. The toilet paper was like sand paper. There was no hair dryer, and no hair dryer to borrow. No USB plug for recharging.

The hotel room is fine for the price. However you have to deal with a massive amount of inconveniences. When you arrive, there is nowhere to park, so you have to park illegally. The parking lot is behind a gate. You cannot check-in because the lobby is locked. You have to bang on the door and then have to hope that the staff will let you in. In my situation, EMILY, stared at me, then turned around and walked away. The entire week I stayed here, EMILY was rude and unprofessional. I never saw her crack a smile or acknowledge any hotel customers. You could literally walk right past her to the coffee station and she wouldn't even look up. Obnoxiously unprofessional. To top it off, when I made an additional reservation that was PREPAID. However , because I didn't check in before midnight, they canceled my reservation, charged me a fee and wouldn't let me into my room until 3:00 p.m. COMPLETY INSANE. It's staff like EMILY, that garner 1 star reviews for places like extended stay America.

Clean and friendly staff at the desk. I had lost my key card and I was exhausted. The person at the deskntook one look at me and said not to worry and printed out a new one. This is what earns the 5 stars. The issues I had: The matress was pretty hard without any padding. Extra blankets in the room would have been nice because the one on the bed was pretty thin. I couldn't open the bathroom door all the way because it hit the toilet.

Sheets were covered in hair. Towels had gritty brown stains. Trash had rubber gloves in it Desk had some white sticky substance all over it. Clerk told me that there was nothing she could do and that the cleaning lady went home. Then she gave me sheets to change my own bedding. Then she sarcastically gave me a bunch of fitted sheets only so I had to go back and get new pillowcases and flat sheets a second time. I checked out the next morning and found a better hotel.

Awful experience. After 45 minutes of being unable to get checked in due to a computer issue, we canceled and went somewhere else. Because it was 1am and I had a small child with me. We had prepaid the room but they still did not have the room with two beds, gave us a suite with a king and hide bed, which had dirty sheets. The kitchen floor had a small puddle and was very dirty... someone's ramen and sugar in the cabinet... Internet worked only occasionally... but coffee was good and staff was friendly and helpful.

There were computer problems that prevented checking n at stated time. After leaving an returning the 3rd time I was finally able to check n several hours latter. There was no compensation offered. Roaches were smashed by me n the lobby an I spotted 2 n the bathtub. I was going to fix pancakes for oir family bit with all the rust on the burners choose not to use. Haf some issues with the amount od unruly dogs big dogs. I would not choose or recommend this establishment.

Absolutely not worth the money
1. Dirty. Floors. Bedding was nasty and stained. As were the towels. Residue in the sink. Dusty everywhere. 2. No kitchen equipment is actually kept in the room. You have to ask the desk for it and then cart it back to your room. Not as advertised. 3. No ability to generate folios on site, so if you're a business traveler, you're out of luck for your accounting folks, which is absolutely silly and unprofessional. 4. The bed was like a cardboard corregate with light cotton ball application. Horrible. Pain inducing actually. 5. One tiny bottle of shampoo and a tiny bar of soap is all they put in the room, so get ready to go to the desk and ask if you need anything else that is supposedly complimentary. 6. The room had been smoked in and smelled heavily of an odor remover / cover chemical. Almost nauseating. 7. You can only access the property one way - and getting to any of the local stores or restaurants requires going off a weird access road to the south and east. Otherwise, you're in a maze behind a bunch of other 'value chain' style motels. 8. Staff were there and not terribly helpful - not rude - but like robots. They had to wash the dishes and utensils I asked for by hand before they gave them to me? Not terribly efficient or sanitary in my experience.

In addition to being filthy, the shower handle would not stay on; the staff would not solve the issue so very difficult to get bathing accomplished. On one bed, you could feel the springs at the surface; no sleep! The floors were so dirty we could not take off our shoes!

Bedroom was very dirty. Looked like floors were not wiped and room had this very weird smell. hallway AC was so loud/noisy that we couldn’t sleep at night. Went to the shower. The towel looked like was sitting on the shelf was so long that it had dusting on it. I would not recommend anybody to stay at this hotel. old hotel it should be a motel…. The amount paid we for two bedrooms we could have stayed somewhere else that’s cheaper and cleaner. At night, my son woke up, crying really loud return on our cell phone light inside to bugs crawling on him. Disgusting we told the front desk when we checked out in the morning. The reaction was unbelievable she said no way can’t be and didn’t even apologize for what had happened to us so we just walked out of the hotel. I will never book with this hotel again and also let our friends and families know not to book to waste money on America suites. I hope after reading this experience hotel management will contact us by email so we can discuss. Furthermore, what had happened that night.
