Love the room and breakfast. Only complain were the pillows, I can smell the sweat and gave me a head ache :(. I requested new pillows. But I wish they make sure the pillows will have fresh smell for next occupant.

No key card needed for entrance or elevator which causes a concern for safety. Only one elevator. Clean rooms, just a bit on the older side.

1st I asked for a room close to the elevator and I got one at the end of the 2nd floor. The next morning there was no one at the front desk until 830am, so no help there. Then wen I ask for a receipt I must get if from the 3rd party.

Construction zone wear your hard hat lol!!!
Hotel Room when in it was great as well as breakfast downstairs. Down side my room was in the middle of a construction zone, plastic entry, plastic entire hall way, loud, music, dust everywhere etc…. I literally was walking by construction workers moving things so I could get by. Appears they are renovating off season entire floor I was on. once completed should be great. Wish I had known previously.

Check-in was a breeze. The Night Auditor was very friendly and efficient. As always, the room was clean & well maintained. Comfort Suites is our "go to hotel" when traveling.

Well there was hair in the beds. The place was under construction/Renovations. Cardboard floors in elevator, plastic on the carpet floor. Very outdated place.

Construction going on in the hotel made it a bit uncomfortable this stay. Staff was friendly and it is close to where I needed to go during my stay. I just wish I would have known when I booked that there was active construction going on.

We were unhappy when calling at 9pm for a shuttle from the airport that none was available until 11pm so we had to get a taxi. Not horrible but annoying after a 6 hour flight. Breakfast on the other hand was excellent!!

Quick & easy access to I-205 and Portland Airport. We spent a night here with early morning next day flight out. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet as a bonus. Will stay here again!
