This is a very well appointed basement apartment and was perfect for my adult daughter and myself. Communication with the manager was excellent. Place was spotless and there were no noise issues from upstairs neighbor. Laundry access and machines were great. The weather was nice and I spent a good amount of time each day enjoying the private outdoor space.

Cute and clean

Easy check in, responsive hosts, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and extremely clean apartment made our stay enjoyable. Only drawback was the lack of street parking butthe great weather made for a pleasant walk from our vehicle to Chez Sealy.

We all had allergy attacks in the unit. I’m wondering if you clean the carets following pet stays with their owners. Otherwise it was very clean!!

Every detail and need was anticipated. Newly remodeled upgrades. Easy to use, easy to find. Comfortable beds. A/C and electronics worked great. Cute neighborhood. Great washer & dryer, big refrigerator . Timely and responsive communications. Dog friendly, but note that yard is not fenced. Basement apartment has a flight of stairs, so large roller bags are cumbersome.

Pleasant, quiet stay with attentive hosts

I was spending a week in Portland to help out my elderly father and really appreciated having this clean, quiet, nicely appointed haven to return to at the end of the day. Conveniently located on the 19 bus line and within walking distance to the 75, making it accessible to many locations in NE and SE. The hosts were easily reachable and responsive. Would happily book here again on future visits!

Providence Proximity Gem

Great location, close to Providence Hospital, and mass transportation connections, within walking distance to Starbucks and wonderful food. Very clean and modern - the adjustable lights are fun! Very responsive managers, quick to reply , worked with us on making a last minute trip memorable.

Spring Break Family Visit

This is a wonderful space

We really enjoyed our stay here. Visiting my son. It was a great location. Easy to access , quiet neighborhood. The beds were very nice and everything was clean. We will use again, for sure. We did not use the bikes but they looked really nice.

Cutest place!

Where to even begin? This apartment was absolutely perfect! It was clean and we even ran into Naomi the housekeeper who was so sweet and helpful! The beds were comfy as well as the furniture. This neighborhood was adorable and safe :) the hosts..the hosts were so attentive and friendly. This was one of my favorite VRBOs easily and would recommend for anyone to stay there :) you will not be disappointed!

Fabulous Stay in Portland, OR

This was my first experience using Vrbo and it was better than I could have imagined. The property was just as it was described in the photos and write up. The place was clean, quiet and stylish. Having access to the bikes was a huge plus and we explored the city. The hosts were very responsive and thought of every detail. I would definitely recommend the property to others! I will definitely stay again if my travels bring me back to the city.

Perfect getaway

Loved the functionality and aesthetics of the home. And really enjoyed the entertainment experience- There are lights you can control through an app to instantly change the mood. For example when we watched a movie we could change the lighting to ‘movie theater mode’ and they would dim. We also enjoyed the bikes, very close to supermarket and eateries.

The nicest place

This place was absolutely charming. The attention to detail is impeccable. From bathroom toiletries to wall decor. I was in Portland to visit my niece. She stayed with me. The location was perfect to get around and easy trip from and to the Portland airport. A very comfortable place and super clean. We absolutely loved it. Great, safe, quiet location too. Anthony and Fotoula were outstanding vacation rental host and were very responsive and timely in communicating with us. They were traveling during our stay and their co-host, Jorge was equally attentive!The neighborhood was quiet, very close to a fun section of Portland and street parking was not a problem. The apartment has a cuteness factor that we really liked, well stocked and lots of thoughtful amenities -too many to list here! We were hard pressed to find anything negative about this sweet basement apartment. We are also vacation rental hosts and rely heavily on positive reviews from our guests. We fully understand the purpose of this review is to let future guests know what to expect before they book. Though definitely not a dealbreaker we wish that the hosts would have made better mention of the property being a basement apartment and being mindful of “long-term tenants upstairs“. Watching TV past 11PM or sleeping until 8:30AM was not possible. We were concerned that the upstairs tenants could hear our TV, as we could hear the footsteps from upstairs, especially in the morning.The only reason why we are mentioning this is for consideration to others who might be bothered by having tenants or guests in such close proximity. As stated before this was not a dealbreaker for us during our 3 night stay. The apartment and yard was immaculate, very comfortably furnished and reasonably priced.
