"Clean room. Small but expected. Second floor room right over the entrance meant I could smell the shuttle driver taking a smoke break though. Annoying to have to get your parking ticket validated every time you leave. But otherwise I’d stay here again."

"First room the AC was not working, they gave us another room, the TV remote was busted, and the bathroom door had 2 big gashes and the lock did not work. Additionally, no one cleant the room for the 4 days we were there. When I asked the Front desk, they said they clean rooms every three days. Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Lobby and stairs were dirty. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was poor."

"The Holiday Inn, Portland Airport (IHG) was a great place to stay. Although I wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking, I can understand why it is required. I can see where people would use the hotel's parking space without staying at the location. Walking in, the staff was very pleasant to work with. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was offered, but it appeared there was a charge for it (I may be mistaken). There was some work underway on some of the rooms (window replacement/repair), but it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. I would stay here again."

The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the amenities made the stay enjoyable and convenient. I also appreciated the attention to customer service and the relaxing environment throughout the property. The location and overall presentation of the hotel made it a great experience. I do not have anything negative to say."
