Large 1 bedroom apartment, with natural light and partial view of the river, with 1 living room equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with bath, a kitchen equipped with hob, stove, microwave, fridge and washing machine, 2 balconies, one for storage and another equipped with a dining table for 4 people.
Located in the Candimar Building, 150 meters from the beach and 2.5 km from the center of Portimão. An exceptional location with everything you want on holiday at your doorstep: bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical clinic, rent a car, police station, bank and with a lively and street atmosphere magnificent.

Gostamos da casa, era tranquila, tinha muita luz e estava bem equipada. Efectivamente estavamos a 5 minutos da praia da Rocha e da avenida principal. Tivemos apenas uma questão com o esquentador, era dificil regular a temperatura para tomar banho. Contudo, o senhorio disse que iria solucionar essa situação. Tudo muito bem limpo, arrumado e cheiroso, gostamos muito da estadia! Aconselhamos esta casa para 4 pessoas. Obrigada Nuno pela sua simpatia e prontidão. Atenciosamente, Joana Lapa
