Sea view and just 40 m from the beach sand.Property composed of: entrance hall, bathroom with bathtub, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, living room with sofa bed and air conditioning (cold and hot), equipped kitchenette.Room and bedroom with balcony - Sea and beach view.Internet Wi-Fi and TV (MEO Fiber system).Includes a parking space in the Building's garage (included in the price).NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children, and babies).- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut, or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:According to municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:- In high season (04/01 to 10/31) 2€ per person, per night.- In low season (11/1 to 3/31) 1€ per person, per night.Note:- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 years or older.- Water, electricity, and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the parameters of a conscious use. Excelente relação custo/benefício. O apartamento estava limpo e organizado à chegada e com um cheiro agradável. Equipamentos e utensílios de cozinha mais que suficientes para estadias mais longas. Lugar de estacionamento privado na garagem. Perto de tudo, cafés bares,restaurantes, praias, intermarche à porta, muito bem localizado. Staff com quem tive contacto todos 5 estrelas. Esperamos poder experimentar os outros apartamentos disponíveis.
