"The overall experience was excellent; from the location on the outskirts of town but walkable to all points of interest, to the room with the view, the lounge and breakfast, and parking! I would definitely stay there again."

"The room was okay, but it seems that they are refurbishing things so they are aware of the need to improve. The hot water for the basin was ideal for running a bath, but the bathtubs hot water probably has a TMV fitted so the hot water wasn’t fantastic. There was a minor problem, but the administration dealt with it promptly, so well done."

"Amazing amenities and very walkable to St. Ives main town area. Easier to walk than to drive because parking could be a nightmare to manage. The staff was friendly. The room was quite spacious although the decor a bit dated. The bed was very comfortable. Good for our one night stay as we drove through the area. "
