My sister and I traveled to attend a concert for only one night and that one night was horrible. When we arrived in the room it smelled like the men’s bathroom (urine). Sent a message to staff to get this resolved no one showed up. Spoke to a customer service representative at the desk and the only thing that was offered was free breakfast 🙄 that was cold. They wanted us to move in the night because housekeeping was not available. "
