In minutes she found a hairdresser one of us needed, she made reservations at a fabuloys local pub/eatery famous for their appetizers and aranged taxi transport to and from as we needed. Then made us all coffee. Concierge and then some. The breakfast was also fantastic. Simply an Amazing gem of a hotel with just 16 rooms!!!
