Hampton Inn Kalamazoo
The amount of noise in the hotel was borderline intolerable. Construction and constant moving and banging made it impossible to sleep.

Springhill Suites By Marriott Kalamazoo Portage
Hot tub was broken. Blood on the sheet. Our room was close to the bar and it was so loud our baby kept waking up all night long, well after the 11pm close time. Staff was nice and respectful.
