"The dollhouse was cute but needs some TLC. The shower was super small. Using the Wasted space behind the shower wall would remedy this. Windows were terribly dirty. I was afraid to open them and get a fresh breeze due to the fort and spiders. Host took hours to get back with you. Porch and siding needs paintng. The bathroom sink was also chipped and cracked and knee replacing. Overall, a cute place to stay, but it’s not being maintained well. A/c unit was also filthy. The photos used on the VRBO website are old pictures and not representative of its current condition"

"This is the second year we’ve stayed here. The house is located directly across the road from Portage Point Lake and has its own private dock, which is a highlight of the property for us. The furnishings are all up-to-date and modern. Very comfortable beds. And the kitchen has everything you’d need to cook basic meals."

"It was calm and cozy. It felt like visiting my parents house. Very relaxing. Everything you need is provided. Stores are within walking distance. Very nice central location for exploring Michigan. The weeping willow in the back yard was one of my favorite things. Could sit and watch it blow in the breeze beside the lake for hours. "
